Azuri features a Lithium-Magnesium alloy diaphragm designed for ultra-fast transient attack, crisp high frequencies, laser separation, and reference neutrality across classical symphonies, female vocals, and electronic music.
Sylva utilizes an organic Birch wood diaphragm engineered for warm, natural timbre, acoustic instrument decay, rich mid-range vocals, and relaxing, fatigue-free long listening sessions.
No. Both Azuri and Sylva feature high sensitivity (118 dB/Vrms) and low impedance (16Ω), meaning they perform exceptionally well directly from smartphones, USB-C/Lightning dongle DACs, laptops, and portable digital audio players (DAPs). Our flagship Spark IEM incorporates internal step-up micro-transformers, allowing its electrostatic tweeters to run effortlessly from standard audio outputs.
Human ear canals naturally resonate strongly in the 4 kHz to 7 kHz region, creating sibilance and listening fatigue. AriaEar's Dual Helmholtz resonance chambers act as precision passive acoustic notch filters, eliminating harsh peaks without cutting down on upper treble extension or airiness.
All AriaEar in-ear monitors use industry-standard gold-plated 0.78mm 2-pin sockets. You can easily upgrade or swap cables, whether connecting single-ended 3.5mm jacks, balanced 4.4mm Pentaconn plugs, or Bluetooth ear-hooks.
We recommend 20–30 hours of playback for Lithium-Magnesium drivers (Azuri), and 30–50 hours for Birch wood diaphragms (Sylva). Playing regular music at moderate volume allows driver surrounds and tonewood diaphragms to reach optimal acoustic compliance.
